Sample Answer 1:
A nations’ welfare is the most crucial part of quality life for citizens in that certain country. I completely agree that the governments have an initial role to keep their citizens stay healthy and well-educated. This statement is supported by a numerous reason; governments’ basic responsibility and the governments’ authority.
Firstly, it is noticeable that the basic responsibility of the government is to look after their society, especially for people living in under standard of life. Although it may be true that all of the nations should help each other, however, the governments should stand in the front line to guaranty their citizens’ life. In additions, every country in the world has their own income which is collected from many sources such as individual income tax and value added tax. Hence, the government should distribute this income in an appropriate way such as providing free educations and health facilities.
Secondly, it seems that the quality of a country rely on the way the government is governing their society. To return to an earlier point that education and health are essential parts of humans’ life. Therefore, the government should give their main concentration to these terms. As they have an authority to govern their society, the have to decide a governmental decision to improve the citizens’ quality life especially in terms of education and health for poorer societies. Otherwise, the nations will not have an adequate standard of life.
On in all, the care of poorer nations is the main responsibility of the government. The most crucial point made so far, although the wealthier nations should help the other voluntarily, the government are playing the significant role to solve this problem by deciding governmental decisions in terms of education and health.

Sample Answer 2:
Today’s world is divided into industrialised and developing countries, where the main difference between them is the amount of money they spend on the healthcare system, education and infrastructures. Most citizens in developing nations live under the poverty line and, in my opinion, rich countries have the ability and should take up the responsibility of supporting them.
It is true that governments of developing nations should take care of their citizens. However, since those countries are buried into debts as a result of unbalances finances, Rich countries are more equipped to help fewer fortune nations than their own governments. For example, industrialised countries can help poorer nations with some loans or grants that enable them paying off their debts. In addition, many poor countries live in subhuman conditions because of extreme poverty and epidemic diseases like AIDS and Cholera. They lack the knowledge and the sufficient medical resources to tackle such problems. However developed countries can donate them free medicines and send skilled doctors and nurses.
On the other hand, people from many developing countries migrate to wealthy nations to study or to work. Rich countries benefit out of those foreigners. For example, many immigrants to France and the UK have proved themselves in those countries by working hard. But on the other side, the economies of immigrants’ countries get worse because their countries lose them while they are needed to lead their nations to a better future. Therefore, it seems to be sensible that rich countries support the immigrants’ home countries.
In conclusion, I believe it would be difficult to see any progress in the economy of developing countries without the cooperation of rich nations.

Sample Answer 3:
After reckoning enough, I believe that rich or developed nations should share their wealth and resources with those inferior or poorer nations who are starveling and struggling with their system, because there will be a certain hard time which comes to everyone, so for the sake of humanity, such aid should be provided.
First of all, there are many countries which are going through some seriously astounding crisis, such as, illiteracy, crashed economy, hunger, no possessions, corrupt leaders, infectious diseases and extremism. If you contemplate these factors closely then you start to realise that everything is directly proportional to each other. We live in a world, where the ratio of diseases and terrorism is increasing exponentially and we are being victimised of its brutality, the good examples of this are Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa and India. Extremist and terrorist often recruit people, who are illiterate and have no conscience over anything. That is why proper education should be provided to those countries where such extremism is ignited over hunger and illiteracy.
On the contrary, it should be government’s number first priority to look after their citizens and provide them basic necessities. That is why we elect them to be our saviour and be ready to face any catastrophe which comes along.
To sum up, I would like to maintain that, instead of being ramified, let’s be unanimous and provide an aid to education and food to those countries which are not up to the standards as of first world countries, even if their government fails to sustain it.
