Sample Answer 1:
Undoubtedly, variety rules are usually considered by different companies for their employees. Using of unique clothing, ordered by managers, can have some influences, and I believe that the positive effects are more considerable, helping people to have better unity, responsibility, and the company would have better productivity.
Firstly, wearing a particular cloth can raise workers to have more harmony. Clearly, wearing different colours or patterns of clothing can induce employees to have different opinions about their duties, while those wearing one specific uniform usually prefer to follow the group and have less conflict with other colleagues. In this way, as a doctor working in a hospital, I feel more correlation and have better feeling with hospital crews the day I wear my white coat than when I use the regular one.
Secondly, it assists crews to be more responsible. Obviously, to reach their goals, they will always try to think as a member of a group when they use individual clothing, and they undertake their duties accurately. For example, The United Nation employees, who always wear a unique uniform, would not achieve their goals to control the propagation of Ebola virus in Africa. Although their nationality was different, their wearing was one of the several reasons that increased their responsibility, and they succeeded.
Finally, this method can enhance productivity. Statistically, reported by an international economy magazine, those organisations imposing strict rules on their employees to use uniform have a higher rate of production and sales. When workers wear the same cloth, they motivated to work harder, causing companies to have more highly quality and quantity of goods; however, in those businesses people using different clothing usually have less productivity.
In conclusion, having harmony in crews’ clothing, enterprises earn more profits. Their employees are comparably more cooperative and responsible with each other, and the rate of profitability can be inclined far dramatically.

Sample Answer 2:
One of the rules of a certain institution is the necessity of their employees to wear a company’s designated clothes since the dawn of time. Throughout the history, employees have been wearing a uniform of their organisations. However, wearing a uniform has pros and cons as I will now discuss in this essay.
It is believed that wearing a uniform can improve confidence and detects intruders. Firstly, wearing company clothes can improve employee’s self-confidence. For instance, I was a very shy lady before I was hired as an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nurse in a tertiary level and the private hospital called the Urdaneta Sacred Heart Hospital situated in Pangasinan, Philippines. As time passed at my working area with my colleagues, now I confidently do my duties. Secondly, trespassers and burglars alike can easily notice such as in the Philippine military field situated in Loakan, Baguio City where a hostile NPA (New People’s Army), a militant group of the country, has been captured for spying the troops of the nation. These are some of the benefits of having a uniform.
On the other hand, a company clothes can hinder performance and sense of individuality might be lost. For one, in a tropical country like mine, wearing a thick uniform is unnecessary. For example, the chief of exclusive restaurants in the country has layered by layered white uniforms which inappropriate in their work area and can make their cooking less palatable. In addition to this, because of same designated institutional clothes, a sense of individuality will be lost. One situation is in the hospital where I am working, all are wearing white clothes especially for us nurses with the same hairdo in a white dress, stockings and caps on top of our heads, so we cannot be easily distinguished by our workmates and our supervisors.
In conclusion, wearing uniforms can enhance confidence and noticed detractors easily, but it can also lessen the quality of work performance, as well as the sense of uniqueness, might be lost. So this has advantages and disadvantages. However, I certainly believe that having a uniform has more good things than those of the drawbacks.

Sample Answer 3:
Companies and Organisations had different views on the outfit of their employees, with recent change toward requiring a uniform as an outfit for the work.
In fact wearing a uniform at work has by far many advantages and disadvantages as well. In my opinion, the uniform has more advantages than disadvantages. The most important one is that it gives a more professional look of the person, more respectful, more trustworthiness for people. It also could be of a protective value for e.g. doctors in Emergency rooms, plumper, firemen, etc. and many risky and hazardous jobs. Also uniform could be of advertising value as many companies use their employees uniform with the company logo on it which is a free and practical promotion. Moreover, a uniform is more economic for the employees because they wouldn’t pay for the uniform, and this approach is more practical.
On the other side wearing a uniform by employees has some disadvantages. In this case, they are more controlled by their employers. They are not free to wear what they want, which make them feel uncomfortable sometimes. They also become non-stylish, unable to wear what they like or to appear in a good and nice look in line with the latest trends in fashion. Some employees also find it difficult because the need to do more laundry for their uniform.
In conclusion, in spite of this debate on whether it is better for employees to wear a uniform at work or not, in my opinion, am agree with the idea of a work uniform.

Sample Answer 4:
Today, wearing the uniform is becoming standard in almost all companies and organisations, especially manufacturing sectors. Some people think this move is good, whereas some think the opposite. I will discuss both the advantages and disadvantages of this, in below paragraphs.
On the one hand, many companies like the nuclear plant, automobile manufacturing plant, fertiliser plant, refineries, often insist their employees wear a uniform. This has advantages, as workers feel united and make them deliver best results. The uniform is tailored in such a way that it will help the employees in emergency situations. Also, this type of uniform will promote the company brand when the customer sees them. In addition, customers will have a positive mindset about the company when they see employees in uniform. This will increase the company reputation in public as well as its growth.
On the other hand, the specific tailoring method of the company uniform makes the employees feel discomfort. Sometimes, this type of stitching doesn’t suit some employees’ physical appearance. This will result in the lack of concentrations of employees on their job, which in turn result in the decline in company performance. In some cases, people resign from their job for this reason only. This increase in attrition rate will result in companies’ negative growth, as it is difficult to hire skilled personnel easily.
To sum up, I feel that strict rule for wearing a uniform in companies is not fair. Before implementing a uniform, a company should take opinion from their employees and consider their suggestions. Also, the company should explain the benefits of the uniform to their employees. In this way, both companies and employees’ thought will be respected.
